YOTPO REFERRAL CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

World Cup Final 2026 – External Referral Promotion

These External Referral Campaign Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in Yotpo’s 2025–2026 external referral promotion (the “Campaign”). By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

For purposes of these Terms, “Referrer”, “you”, or “your” means any individual participating under this external version. “Yotpo”, “we”, or “us” refers to Yotpo, Inc. and its affiliates.

1. Campaign Overview and Prize

1. This Campaign awards one prize only:
   Two (2) tickets to the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final, including flights and hotel accommodations (the “Prize”).
2. No cash bonus, monetary value, or alternative reward will be provided under this external Campaign.
3. Yotpo may modify, postpone, or cancel the Prize at its sole discretion if circumstances reasonably require.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Referrals

To qualify under this Campaign, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. Eligible Roles
   Referrals must be for one of the following open positions at Yotpo:
   • Senior Software Engineer (7+ years of experience)
   • Tech Leader
   • Engineering Team Leader
2. Candidate Location
   Referred candidates must reside in Israel or Sofia (Bulgaria) at the time of submission.
3. Submission Method
   Referrals must be submitted exclusively through this form:

   A referral is considered valid only after you receive a confirmation email from Yotpo acknowledging receipt.
4. Submission Deadline
   Only referrals submitted by March 31, 2026 at 23:59 IDT will be considered.
5. Prior Applicants / Duplicate Referrals
   A referral will not be attributed to the Referrer if the candidate:
   • Applied directly to Yotpo within the previous 3 months, or
   • Was referred by someone else within the previous 3 months.

3. Determining the Winner

1. The winner will be the Referrer who successfully refers the highest number of candidates who are ultimately hired by Yotpo into the eligible roles listed above.
2. A “successful referral” means the candidate:
   • Is hired as a permanent full-time employee, and
   • Completes all hiring and onboarding documentation.
3. Tiebreaker Rule
   In the event of a tie, the winner will be the Referrer who first reached the final number of hired referrals, based on the date the candidate completed all employment paperwork.
4. The winner will be officially announced in mid-May 2026.
5. Yotpo retains full discretion to determine which referrals qualify under these Terms.

4. Referrer Eligibility (External Version Only)

1. These Terms apply solely to external participants.
   Yotpo employees may participate in the World Cup Referral Campaign; however, their participation is governed exclusively by Yotpo’s Internal Referral Program Terms, which differ from the terms described in this external version.
2. This version applies only to individuals not employed by Yotpo at the time of referral submission.
3. There is no limit to the number of referrals an external participant may submit.
4. External Referrers must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, privacy, and anti-corruption requirements.
   You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained all necessary permissions before sharing a candidate’s personal information.

5. Taxes, Legal Obligations, and Disclaimers

1. The winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes, fees, duties, or governmental charges associated with receiving the Prize.
   Yotpo will not provide tax advice or make any tax payments on the winner’s behalf.
2. Yotpo’s only obligation is to issue the Prize as defined in these Terms.
3. Participation in this Campaign does not guarantee that any referral will result in a hire.
4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yotpo’s total liability to any participant in connection with this Campaign is limited to USD $100.

6. Data Protection

1. By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained the candidate’s informed consent to share their personal information with Yotpo for recruitment purposes.
2. Yotpo will process all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. General Provisions

1. Yotpo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign at any time, at its sole discretion.
2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in New York courts.
3. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between Yotpo and the Referrer.
4. By participating, you acknowledge that you are not relying on any statements or promises outside these written Terms.
