Carve Designs had a very loyal customer base and wanted to reward them with additional incentives while expanding the group to drive more repeat purchases. They faced low participation and needed a better way to engage customers to increase retention and LTV.
By partnering with Yotpo Loyalty, Carve Designs shifted their strategy to make every shopper a loyalty member earning points. They enhanced communication through targeted emails, launched monthly campaigns, and integrated loyalty incentives into direct mail.
Within 90 days, loyalty participation rose from 1% to a consistent 8%. Loyalty members place more orders, with top VIP tiers seeing significant increases in AOV, LTV, and purchase frequency. Repeat purchases and overall lifetime value also grew substantially.

The team did an A/B test via direct mail that determined loyalty points outperformed the offer for free shipping by 2X. By incorporating loyalty points into owned channels, they grew participation from 1% to 8%, fueling stronger retention across their owned channels.
